Why do you not mail a printed journal?
We don't mail printed journals because we believe in providing flexibility for our subscribers to use their preferred journaling method, whether it's digital or on paper. This approach also allows us to deliver prompts promptly each month, ensuring a seamless and eco-friendly journaling experience. Your expenses may depend on your chosen method of journaling. No! Your prompts are intended for your personal use only and are not to be shared with others. Sharing or distributing prompts without permission is not permitted. If you are working with 1:1 clients then the Professional License would be best for you. NOTE: Individual accounts are not allowed to share the sheet or try to resell it. However, with the Professional License (currently $50/mo), you are allowed to share with private clients ONLY, still no sharing with anyone other than clients, and still no reselling or repurposing of any kind. Yes! you are welcome to share your personal journal entries with others if you choose to do so. And please tag us so we can celebrate you! Our tag is @mytizen or @mytizenwellness (depending on the social platform) and hashtags we use are #mytimeforzen or #mytizen.

Can you provide feedback on my journal entries?
Unfortunately, we don't offer personalized feedback on individual journal entries. You can join our peer-to-peer group where members share insights and support each other on their journaling journey. If you're seeking more personalized guidance, we do offer coaching services that you may find beneficial. Is there a community or support network for Prompted users?
While Prompted is primarily a subscription service for journaling prompts, we do offer a peer-to-peer community platform where users can connect, share insights, and support each other on each other's journaling journeys.

Is there a mobile app for Prompted?
Currently, we only have an app for MytiZen. Prompted is accessible via email and the member's area. While there isn't a mobile app available at the moment for Prompted, the member's area is mobile-friendly, allowing you to access your prompts on the go from your smartphone or tablet.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We offer flexible subscription options with no long-term commitments.

Do you offer refunds?
Prompted does not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to prompts for the remainder of your subscription period.

I am a coach/counselor/therapist and want to use these in my programs. Can I?
Right now the professional license is only for 1:1 work per the question above. If you're running group programs where you don't work 1:1 with a client or have face-to-face interaction, we don't currently have a license for this.
